Java Utility to bulk update the Kerberos Configurations to use Local TGT (Ticket Granting Ticket)

1. The utility class will update the zip files inside both source and compiled folders (ZT scripts).

2. The password will only update for the given username.

3. Also log the modified and unmodified zip files.
