ASM 13.19 Public Release Notes
User Story Enhancements
Customer Admins now have a manner of determining that a check did not run during its specified interval and the run was dropped in case of technical issues. If this setting is enabled and a check encounters issues with the actual check run, Customer Admins will see a message in place of a run result indicating they should contact Apica Support for assistance with resolving the issue.
It is possible for Apica Support to configure the ASM UI to allow Request Timeouts of greater than 2 minutes:
If you would like this feature enabled for your account, contact Support or your TAM.
