Private Agents Status

Navigating to the “Loadtest > Private Agents Status” submenu item will open the Private Agents Status page. This page provides an overview of any private agents which have been configured within your ALT environment.

Users who have Account Administrator permissions can set up Private Agents from the “Admin > Exec Agent Manager” page. Any configured private agents will be listed for easy reference on this page.

The primary purpose of the Private Agents Status page is to monitor private agents during large load tests to verify that the agents are performing as intended. The Online column informs users whether a given agent is connected to the ALT portal. If an agent is not connected but should be, verify the agent configuration in the “Admin > Exec Agent Manager” page. Contact Support for assistance with Private Agent connection issues.

The column Running / Available VU displays the maximum number of Virtual Users which the private agent has been configured to support. If tests are actively being executed on a private agent, the number of current virtual users will also be shown in the “Running / Available VU” column.
