ZebraTester allows you to create scripts that can be uploaded to either the Synthetic Monitoring or LoadTesting portal, as either individual scripts or combined to form scenarios.
Apica strongly recommends always using the uninstall and install procedures of the installation kit when upgrading ZebraTester. For Windows Servers please follow this link: Install a new ZT version on Windows Server
Notes on ZebraTester 7.5A (latest release)
The latest patch for ZebraTester 7.5-A is https://apica-packages.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/current/zebratester/7.5A/kit/patches/prxsniff.jar. It has support for the “execution plan” feature, which allows users to perform Step/Spike tests directly on the ZebraTester agent if the script contains an execution plan file. Contact your Technical Account Manager for more information.
The latest production version of ZebraTester, 7.5A, is released with the log4j fix for CVE-2021-44228, CVE-2021-45046 and CVE-2021-45105 and Jackson data bind vulnerability CVE-2020-36518.

The latest supported version of the ASM (Apica Synthetic Monitoring) platform is version 7.0B. As such, scripts created in ZebraTester 7.5A are not compatible with ASM public agents due to a version mismatch. We will include ASM support for ZT 7.5A in future releases of ASM.
