Browser Check Update (2023-11-27)

On Monday November 27th we will be performing an update to our NextGen platform for Browser checks.

Here’s all you need to know about this update

When

Update will be performed at 01:30 PM CET November 27th (07:30 AM EST)

Check runs will not be affected during the update.

Version change

The new version will be using Chromium 115

Old version Chromium 105

Where

Browser checks running on NextGen locations using Browser version Latest as displayed in the user-interface

How

Existing checks will remain on Chromium 105 until either:

Apica managed migration starting January 18th 2024
Check is edited/saved through the user-interface or ASM Rest API
- Any edit or modification to the check settings will result in an automatic move to latest version Chromium 115

New checks will be automatically assigned to Chromium 115

Support

In case you experience issues on the new version and need to temporarily revert the update (back to Chromium 105) please reach out to support@apica.io
